We ship Monday to Friday, same-day dispatch if ordered and payment is received before 12.30 pm Central European time.
POSTNL-tracked orders are shipped 2 times per week.
All orders are shipped from the US and Ukraine.
Our products are shipped in sealed mylar foil bags to protect the material until use. All products are correctly labeled, but there is no reference to the chemical name or praisechemicals.com on the outer packaging. We endeavor to dispatch packages as quickly as possible and customers can expect orders to be dispatched within two business days after receipt of payment.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All orders are final.
All orders above $250 will have their regular mail upgraded via Courier/Registered Mail for FREE (be sure to select this option at checkout, however).
We are currently offering a flat rate of shipping that costs $4.99 AIRMAIL worldwide by POSTNL, this is an UN-tracked service, no signature, no reship, alternatively, you can pay for a tracked courier service for $16.99 within the US and EU, or POSTNLTRACKED for $22.99. By choosing an uninsured service you agree to the terms.

We will continue to ship as long as this is allowed in the US,CANADA,EUROPE,AUSTRALIA and ASIA we will update you if this changes. We do recommend that you stock up on research materials in case your country stops posting.

We DO NOT reship any orders seized by customs, it is your responsibility to ensure our products are legal in your country before ordering. However, if your order was shipped via a tracked, insured service and it is lost we will reship 3 weeks after a normal waiting period (about 21 working days).
